The interest rates were low and there has been a rush of people refinancing. I was told that it would take 3 months and it has taken a little less than that. Nice. I like to know up front what to expect. Today I got a call from the closing company. They are coming to my house for the closing. I like that I can determine the level of safety that will be in place. Definitely will stay with Citizens.”
