“If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! My car was making this loud sound. I took it to my dealership, and the technicians kept my car for a week, only to tell me a rock was stuck behind the wheel. Picked up my car today, about an hour later, my car starts making the same sound, but this time , louder and terrifying. I had no clue how my dealership could miss this !!! I was about to turn on to the highway when I spotted Monro Auto Service and decided I had to stop here. Jay was already outside and asked me “how long has it been making this sound”. I explained what had happened above, and told him that I recently had an oil change and tire rotation. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the problem in 20 minutes Jay and his team are incredible! I found my new trusted auto shop ! I was so defeated but I am so grateful for them!
