“Every time I blow a flat or have an issue with tires this place is always my saving grace. 100/10 stars if I could . These guys have saved me serious stress and money when it comes to tires and rims. Definitely give them a shot if you need the job done. Never a wait either.”
“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

As of April 26th I had Rotors and new brakes installed all done for a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with the hard work and the professionalism and will always recommend to friends.

“Amazing service and care for customer. I live in the neighborhood and never really had issues with my tires before until one morning I got a flat on the way to the airport. Upon returning from my trip I decided to take my car by to get the tire fix. The service and care provided is a reason I will only be giving Quality Tire my business and family business in the future. Genuine good people who don’t try to make an extra buck of someone when they probably could.”
“I had my car towed to Jenni Tire Shop late in the after, and only waited around 45 minutes for them to work on my car. Once they started it took less than 15 minutes to finish. I had a new-to-me tire, including labor, and a $2 debit card service fee for only $67! And this was with them being short staffed.”
“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. “I went to Niti Tire at 8:15 am on April 30th, 2026. I was met by a very friendly and welcoming man in the parking lot. I asked him about the tires I saw on FB marketplace. He showed me the tires and he and his crew had them mounted and balanced on my wheels within one hour. I was very impressed with the whole interaction. His crew works so well together. I could not have gotten a better deal, great tires, price, service and they discarded my old tires free of charge. I do not see such service like this elsewhere often. I am a customer for life. Well done Niti. I will add that I do not write reviews, but this place deserved one. Top notch”

“Came in today, 1130am. Pulled up and was kindly greeted by Joe/Jose. I had to plug my tire which was 6mos old. I ran over galvanized steel. He took great and prompt care of me. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Also gave me 4 free air fresheners! $20 for the plug I find good pricing. Thanks!”

“Fantastic place! Needed to have a tail light fixed, as well as an inspection they went above and beyond. I had forgotten to ask them to check my battery,because I had to jumpstart the car last week, and it was down to nothing. They had checked this They did all service exceptionally and were very thorough with a very reasonable and fair price. My car wasn’t quite ready at the end of the day so they let me use a loaner. I highly recommend Wayne’s And they will now be my go to service facility!”
