All branches of Washington Trust are very pleasant to deal with. Most of my experience has been with the Johnston Branch. They all go above and beyond to meet our financial needs business and personal. Bobbi is the absolute best!!

The staff is fabulous very informative, and knowledgable in all area's of their banking products! Management and staff are all very friendly. They also find mo question d*** which is great. I am so glad we changed banks!
