“I like the people who work there, but I had a small personal loan which auto draws out of my account, well I had enough money and they didn’t draw the last payment and sent a letter saying my payment was overdue, well nobody told me it wouldn’t auto draw my final payment I had to call them to find this out, that makes no sense why auto draw 11 out of 12 payments but make me manually pay the final one ?”

“RICU is the best financial institution in our State. (Note: FDIC banks are great for CDs and money markets.) We older folks remember that the Credit Union opened several days after the 1991 banking crisis; while other credit unions went belly up, and screwed depositors out of lots of money!In terms of rates, policies and customer service, they are simply the best for credit cards, loans, checking and everyday banking.As to Kingston Branch, Nancy the manager, Lisa the assistant manager and all of the staff are competent, hardworking and nice people. With all due respect, people who leave a one-star review without any narrative or context should be read with a large grain of salt!”
