Ask for Mario- my guy knows his tech.
I was having issues with the data usage on my phone not connecting with my apps. My iMessages & FaceTime weren’t recognizing my phone number. Mario was able to identify an issue with my SIM card, was able to navigate AT&T processes to fix the issue within my family plan, and then helped with an upgrade. Not only did he identify the root cause of my problem quickly & efficiently, he also offered really great advice and opinions on phone upgrades and streamlined the process to make it the best possible experience. He hooked it up.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had going in to a phone store with any kind of issue. Both Mario & his other coworker were incredibly friendly, understanding, & helpful. Even if this location is a bit further away than others close to you, it is 100% worth the trip for the level of service you’ll receive.

Stay away from AT&T at all costs. Worst customer experience of my life.
Every time I call with an issue, which is often because reps are mostly useless and unhelpful, I spend an HOUR on the line and get nowhere. Should've stayed with T-mobile, never had an issue linger like it has with ATT. Wonder why they don't ask for customer surveys after calls? Because they know its awful service but corporate doesn't care.
I drove half hour each way to this store for returns and was told I'd be charged $55 restock fee/phone but if I call, ATT can send a shipping label, and there will be no charge. I call "customer service", spend 45 minutes going through the return process to only be told I'll still be charged the restock fee (which sales reps said would be waived but since there's no accountability I'm sure they say anything to get commission with no repercussions) but WAIT there's more. "Customer service" rep then proceeds to tell me she can't actually send me a shipping label and I have to go back to the store to complete the return.
Beyond frustrated...

I came into the store tonight in full panic mode after accidently canceling my phone line online. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. Mario sat with me for over an hour and went above and beyond to help me! He is knowledgeable, kind, and a true asset to the company!

I had a problem with my phone not recognizing certain apps. Originally I went to a different store for help . The Mgr was very professional and patient but couldn't correct the problem. I decided to try my luck at a different store so I went to the Lincoln Mall location. I was greeted immediately with a smile and professionalism by Mario who assured me he would find the problem and fix it. He was very patient and diligent and about 60 mins later the issue with my phone was resolved. This is what customer service used to be like. Thank you Mario

We came to AT&T to learn more about your plans as we wanted to switch from our current provider.Dennis Rodrigues, from the Lincoln, RI store, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the different options. He was very helpful answering questions and when we decided to switch - the transfer was quick and easy.I have already recommended to a family member to visit the store.Excellent service and we are very happy with our new phones and plan.
