“I brought my Camry in for a full interior and exterior detail. After some miscommunication in the morning for the drop off (partly my fault for bringing it in at a different time than agreed), the staff offered to pickup my car from my house in Smithfield 30 minutes away while I was at work! They also brought my car back in the evening after they serviced it and offered me a discount which was not necessary at all! I use my car often for work so it was in rough shape when I brought it in and you practically couldn’t recognize it when they returned it to me. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The interior even smelled brand new again! I can’t recommend these guys enough, the customer service and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. They’ve made a repeat customer out of me for sure!”

The trunk was cleaned the door jams the center console the glove box. Even the the compartment around the gas cap. He even asked to keep my car an extra day to stay in the garage to make sure the seats and carpet were dry after shampooing because it was winter time and cold. “Absolutely amazing experience at Carr’s! I emailed photos of damage to my car door and he promptly sent back a reasonable estimate. Months later, I stopped by the shop to see if the damage was just paint transfer. At my request, he and his team tried to buff out the damage and got it near perfect. He recommended fixing it properly though, which required repainting the door. He got me right in and had the car done when he said it would be. They even detailed the inside for us - it was like picking up a brand new car! You can’t tell anything ever happened and he didn’t even charge us for the first attempt at buffing it out. I felt he was honest with us and wasn’t just trying to make a buck off of us. We’ve already told several people of our experience and we’ll never go anywhere else. “It's great for the price. I try to go there later in the day when there are fewer people. I use the touchless wash, so I'm only speaking about that. You can get a better touchless wash at other places, but the price here beats out the others. I only say that because I had too much wax on my car, but I went back a different day and accidentally got a wash with wax, and it didn't put too much on. The bay I was in last time was out of order. It did a great job. Eighteen dollars for the top touchless wash, or go pay 31 for the top touchless at another place. Easy decision.”
