I would like to share my experience with Magic Mind Academy and its director, Nicole Batalon.
Unfortunately, it has been almost impossible to reach her. We were told that the only way to contact her is by email, but she is rarely responsive and often unavailable, mentioning that she is on vacation. Several families in our Lincoln neighborhood—including four families total—have tried to get basic information or details, but none of us received clear or timely responses.
This daycare is very close to our neighborhood, which initially made it appealing. However, the lack of communication and follow-up made the process extremely frustrating. I don’t understand how potential families can be ignored when this is a service-based business.
Due to the poor communication and unresponsiveness, we have decided to move forward with another daycare.

So the staff does not know what’s going on I called in the morning for the basketball court to be open and the staff said It’s open until 5 on Sunday then when I went in, went to go play basketball, not even like a minute it was closing because something was going on. Nobody don’t know what’s going on. can’t even use the basketball court never I wasted my time prepare to play basketball and disrespectful staff and managers they have no respect and attitude when I ask if there was volleyball on Tuesday and the manager gave me a attitude and sassy.

My family and I recently joined the YMCA, and let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is just lovely, and everything appears to be in top-notch condition. The staff members are all so warm and welcoming. The only minor issue for me is the occasional untidiness of the bathroom facilities. As a co-owner of a cleaning company, I strongly believe in maintaining high standards of hygiene. It's just a quick check to ensure everything is in order. Another thing that bothers me is the chilly temperature inside the pool building, especially when we're at the pool. It's not necessarily the water temperature Although that’s also a huge part of it, but rather the cold air. I really wish it was warmer in there. Today was my second visit, and my kids were already itching to leave. This defeats the purpose of me joining in the first place, as I was hoping to engage in some winter activities. It's just too cold for us to enjoy ourselves. I really hope they can address this issue. Other than that, everything else seems quite pleasant.

3 stars because I like the pool and most workout classes, they upgraded machines that used to be fine to new ones that are awful! You can’t adjust the new weight machines which makes using them either difficult or dangerous!

The summer camp is awful! Run by a bunch of college kids who are oblivious to what's going on with the kids! For 3 weeks I complained that my child was being bullied by multiple children and nothing was done! For 3 weeks my child cried and begged me not to send them and would call me multiple times thru out the day to pick them up! It was heartbreaking! I didn't even bother to make my child go the last week! Summer camp is supposed to be a fun and safe experience!

They have been doing loads to upgrade their machines and equipment, so that there is something always available. They keep it very clean and well-maintained) and their staff from the front desk to all of the instructors are friendly and helpful! I love it there! Great value for the money!

Great place to swim and work out. Swimming lessons for kids is either good or bad depending who you get. Some really explain and work with the kids the whole time. Some just kind of stand around wasting time. Showing them the same thing over and over.

Absolutely incredible and wonderful YMCA here, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide anything you need. Far better than the YMCA in Franklin, Mass who do not listen to there members or care about accommodating them.

It's starting to get frustrating that you pay your membership and not allowed to use when you are paying for the gym is no longer open for basketball is open for different activities which take up the time of basketball my money is just as important as anybody else who pays the rent out the gym they need another facility if they're going to host more things in the gym than what it should be used for I don't get a discount my membership if I go there four times in a week and can't play basketball because someone else rented it out do I get a discount

I love the pool but sometimes it's very messy at the deep end of the pool water bottles and other debris that should be picked up also because I swim on my back I see the air ducks there are 2 of them which are intakes one of them has a balloon stuck to it you may not think it's a big deal but it is actually acting like a clogged air filter which makes the system work harder and it's not as efficient as it should be so it's actually costing more money to run the system this balloon and i have a problem it has been there for over 1 years i really think it should be taken down it's not a hard job i have asked multiple employees about and still no results so to give you 5 stars the balloon has to go thank you
