“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Machines come in looking fantastic. Everything is clean and ready to go. Delivery was as smooth as it could have gone. They listen to exactly what you need and completely customize machines to fit what you want. The entire company is extremely extremely efficient when working on machines and can answer any and every question you have. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would give more than 5/5 starts if I could. Totally recommended!!”

“I had such a lovely experience at this bank today. I literally walked in and asked the teller “how do I do this? I haven’t been in a bank in years.” Honestly, I do all my banking online and it was just a very nice human experience. I told them I was going on vacation and needed lots of small bills and another teller told me to get $2 bills because the Caribbean bartenders love to be tipped with them! The manager came out and helped order me a new debit card. Everyone was all smiles and super helpful. A+ customer service, all banking should be a delightful part of the day and not a dreaded errand!!”

“Until today, I had never been to this Branch before, but I was impressed with the architectural attention to detail, with can sometimes be lacking with new bank branch construction.I only came in to handle a routine matter with the accounts, but I was very impressed like I am with all Bank RI locations how the managers will come out and say hello, and ask if everything is alright. Everyone is super friendly, and usually there are no lines.”

“It's tiny Compared to all the other branches I've been too (I know you read my Pearl Harbor NFCU review), this place is small. There can't be much activity here since it's on a schooling command. Right next to the NEX there's plenty of parking and if you don't want to leave your car there's a drive thru ATM. Inside you're greeted by the hostess and you can use one of two teller windows. Told you it's small and every time for me no waiting in line. Overall five stars. People friendly and service is quick. And the key word is quick. On a side note, I would have taken more pictures but I don't want to talk to security. Now excuse me, time for the NEX. M”

“This credit union is my sole bank and has been in my family for generations. Now I want to say I travel across the country, i work in several states and sell my personal real estate with zero issues through People's. I dropped my big box bank that I always kept around for that 'what if' scenario, the times where I can find a branch if I was in a bind. But People's upgraded their app, everything is mobile and when I need them they have very fast wire transfers via a phone call. Bring banking back to the local level especially when the big institutions have shown us what they don't do for us.”

“I have had a personal account with Citizens for some time and never had any issues. Years ago, when I had my own business I did my banking for that here as well. We have had a joint account at a different local bank; however, we did not like changes that they are making for cold, impersonal service, and decided to move our joint account here to Citizens. I do not go to the branch often, but when I do I like to be met by a friendly face. That is exactly what we got when we opened our latest account here in Portsmouth. Another advantage of Citizens, is that they have branches open inside Stop and Shop locations even on Sunday (which I have needed for notary services in the past). With continent locations and friendly service, I hope to stay here for many years to come!”

“This is the first place I went to open a checking account when I moved to the area. The branch manager, Lori, is a consummate professional, dedicated to delivering the best possible service and providing creative solutions. The other professionals at this location, Jill, Stephanie, just to name a couple are amazing. Everyone always has a smile and does their best to be friendly and helpful. If I could change one thing, it would be to add push notifications to their banking app. This has zero reflection on the bank's service and stellar staff. Keep up the great work! Thank you.”

“In order to withdraw money from the ATM here you must be part of the bank . If you do not have a BayCoast bank card you will not be able to withdraw your money. They have a parking lot and there is a wheelchair ramp for those who need it. The people who work here a very helpful and polite . A nice and comfortable atmosphere for a bank. 🦠In a great location as well.”
