“Went to Napa to buy a new car battery. A+ experience from beginning to end. Staff introduced themselves and told me what battery I’d need and gave me options with different prices and didn’t try to make me buy the most expensive one. They installed my battery in no time at all! Great staff!!!”
“Nice staff here, the only reason why I can't give 5 out of 5 stars is when I was looking up coolant leak dye on google, it was showing that this was carried at this store. I had trouble finding it, asked the staff and they were also surprised that it was not carried. Not sure why it shows up as stocked.”
“2nd car bought today from Langway Nissan, and it was once again a great experience. Adam in sales was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable on the car I needed as well as the sales process. Very happy customer- and I’ll be back for a 3rd car eventually I’m sure. Also Mike in finance was fantastic. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible that didn’t exceed the amount I wanted to spend. Russ the general manager is also always kind and personable. I would recommend Langway Nissan to anyone looking for a car:)”
“THIS IS YOUR OLD SCHOOL SALVAGE YARD. The nicest people that will get you what you need at more than reasonable prices. They have kept my three Jeep Libertys on the road for pennies on the dollar for parts. Has great deals on used tires and rims and always looking to help you out. Always my first stop before heading to parts store.”
“*Read if you are considering financing through the dealership*
Great team here. Adam and Russ took the time to walk me through my options. Very patient, very professional. The price was the price so very straightforward there.
Their financing guy Mike is great and very helpful with explaining everything.
However, be aware of Navigant Credit Union - who they use for their financing. At the time of this writing (Nov 2025), it is a mess.
Taking a star off because their credit union and so people are aware. The amount that is due isnt clear from the credit union side, Navigant. If you want to set up auto payments, you have to go through one portal. If you want to see your balance, you can see that in another portal.
In order to make the Navigant account with them, they make you call their number. The credit union makes you use your social and numbers connected to your drivers license.
Got a good financing rate but the actual setting up the account and figuring out how much I owe was challenging and still not clear.
Not Langway's fault that Navigant Credit is not well organized. I would recommend looking at and considering alternative financing methods to save yourself the potential hassle.”
“Nick combined both hard and soft skills to deliver an outstanding total customer experience. Sadly, outstanding end-to-end customer experiences are the exception versus rule for retail businesses.”
