This particular location has a lot of pharmacy technicians on staff and if you go there in person they are very helpful and friendly. It's a shame that they are handcuffed by their automated system which is complete garbage and the first thing customers have to interact with.

I hate the new automated telephone prompter and the tablet touch screen interface at the pharmacy registers are dumb and don't work half of the time
