The Sea Breeze Inn is a lovely, family-owned inn in Middletown, near Newport. It offers an excellent location, close to the area but away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. The property and the inn itself are absolutely beautiful, completely updated, and in excellent condition. The grounds and rooms are very clean, neat, bright, spacious, modern, and comfortable, some with a water view. The owners are incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, accommodating, genuine, and always around to help or offer advice. They take great pride in their inn and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed, at home, and comfortable. This special, positive vibe is unique to the place. A homemade, amazing, and delicious breakfast is included with your stay. The restaurant also serves a phenomenal Greek lunch. The overall experience is wonderful. Guests highly recommend the inn, noting it is one of the best places they have ever stayed. They would not hesitate to return again and again for a great, reasonably priced stay.
Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the gilded age mansions, wildlife refuge and other local sights. Excellent location, room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was great! Inn keepers are so nice and take pride in their inn. Overall a wonderful experience ✨️
