When something needed to be fixed or looked at, Sullivan would tell me and even line up someone to do the required work. I look at the other comments about Sullivan and I see that the comments are really about the houses, not Sullivan. Sullivan is great at checking on the houses and telling the owners what needs to be done, but Sullivan cannot be responsible for the status of the house.
