I’ve had nothing but great service from T-Mobile. I’ve been a customer for 2 years (this time). I left after many years for my son to add me to his plan with another carrier. It lasted less than a week and I went back to t-mobile & they even honored my previous rate. Which is the best of the major carriers.

I have always had a good experience here until recently. Whenever I seem to go during their business hours, they are closed. There's no sign to suggest why. But in the past 2 days, I've gone 4 times, (3 times in 1 day just in case it was a lunch issue) and each time it was closed during their business hours.

Switched from Verizon to save money. Had an issue with my 1st phone that I got but they returned it and switched it to something else with no problems. The guy I believe Frank was supper nice and apologized but it wasn’t his fault. Happy with the signal and the savings I’ll get :)
