Amazing experience with Frankie today! Helped me so much pick out a phone and weigh pros&cons of leasing vs buying and the accessories etc. He had the best customer service I’ve seen in years. After trying to switch to t mobile and having a bad experience earlier in the day, I left super happy and confident in my upgrade and staying with metro10/10 employee and genuine human!!!

I had the best customer service experience today! Frank went above and beyond to make sure I got the BEST deal before I left. Hopefully it'll stay like that! There have been a few times I've came to Metro and nobody would be there and it was the middle of the day! I've been a customer for almost 10yrs. I world definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Good luck with this location, they are NEVER open! They might as well liquidate their inventory and stop paying rent because I can't imagine they are making any money.

Store says opens at 10:30. Waited till almost 11:00 and called back after 12:00. Still No one in store !!

The store says open 10am -6pm I waited for 30 minutes staff still not there came back around 12noon it wasn't open what is the problem here ..

If I could give 0 stars I would worst experience I've ever had at this store here in Newport is awful. They're always out of stock. The short staff. Their phones are very cheaply made and very unfunctional not even worth the money. And these upgrades are a joke you're spending a lot more money than you think. Metro apps DO NOT WORK. Every time wifi calling and Metro registry pops up for me to 'verify' it crashes Bad service, won't return money for new phone that doesn't work right. So I am out 210 dollars for nothing. Metro pcs is absolutley the worst phone service I've ever used. Horrible customer service, always rude as can be, your situation or the world situation doesn't mean $#*! to them and they just want to get into your wallet And do whatever they can to make a couple extra bucks off you.
