Service terrible! After getting home, a surprise $25 charge showed up. No one at Motel 6 answers the phone. No reason for the charge. There is no point staying at a cheap hotel with musty rooms when surprise charges appear with no explanation.

Wifi didn't work. Scan-in from the parking lot didn't work. There weren't enough towels or blankets. Clearly understaffed, though the staff were doing their best. Loud/disruptive other customers throughout the night made it difficult to sleep.
