Very nice hotel conveniently located between downtown Newport and the beaches, very close to the cliff walk. Room (10) was fantastic, clean, comfortable and roomy! Breakfast was awesome, freshly prepared each day. We especially liked the courtyard in the back and the outside deck.

The location is perfect. The property is beautifully maintained and the room was spacious, clean and modern. We were very comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and very delicious. We would be returning for sure.
