They communicated with me often and sent a thorough and easy to understand email with a quote of what needed to be fixed. The email had items color coded based on what was urgent and wasn’t. A day or two after I picked up our car I started to hear a squeal noise. After a call they squeezed me in. It ended up being a little dirt or water on a belt. They cleaned it and added lube while I waited (under 10 min). They were thoughtful when hearing about my concern. So so impressed with them.
