“Woody and Alan are always there to help you with your problem.even if you can't get something you need they come up with a alternative method to get you up and running. I always go to Mello's when I have a issue that I can't figure out. And Pam always makes it worth the trip”

“Babcock Tuning exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Can't say enough, so let me start.Jared, the mechanic, proved to be a very trustworthy individual, with his no-nonsense approach. I liked him from the jump. His direct and precise communication style inspired confidence, assuring me that my vehicle was in capable hands. When I finally got my car back, I was blown away by the results. The improvements in its performance went far beyond what I had hoped for. It felt like an entirely different vehicle – smoother, more responsive, and a joy to drive.Jared's expertise, paired with Babcock Tuning's commitment to delivering exceptional service, truly impressed me. TBH what more can ya ask for? Their dedication to delivering on promises AND exceeding expectations is rare these days. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch automotive tuning and service.”

“There is absolutely NOTHING I can say wrong about this autoshop. I am a new customer and George, the owner, has personally made sure that my vehicle was taken cared of. He was patient, kind, his lovely wife works at the front counter and you can tell the community as a whole loves George and what he does for them. His prices are best around hands down and his willingness to work with you to make sure you are satisfied is just something you don't ever see at autoshops. Super transparent and for the people he does not gouge you or inflate your vehicles situation to make a buck. He does the right work at the RIGHT TIME and lastly his crew follow his vibe and are amazing nonetheless. Once again thank you George from your pal at Planet fitness. You are a true gem in the Fall River Community. Ps: did i mention he helped me find a car as well and been servicing it since day one? He's the best 🫡”

“Brought bmw to dealer for a ridiculous price quote as front differential gone and wanted me to pay extra money on top of the warranty. Called Kirk’s and they took me in right away and worked with my warranty company. Was a huge job and picked it up and heard a little noise and he told me bring it back. Tighten the exhaust and is perfect. Stands by his work and was done in decent time. I’m so happy I went here. Also gave me a 12 month warranty on parts. Definitely recommend.”
