On the other hand, an employee named Missy (got her voicemail) needs to re-think her vm message, like changing it from "I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience" to something more customer-friendly such as "I'll get back to you as soon as I can." Big difference in just a few words.”

“This is a large, clean, spacious Home Depot. We stopped there to get a shower head and they had a good selection of them. The store is so big and there are so many customers and few staff that it really is a self service store. They still have their nursery section open so you can get some colder temperature plants for indoors (mostly).Nice large parking lot.”
