Correction, they don’t take you more than half hour early. They make you leave and come back half hour before appt time.

Had a terrible experience with a representative named Jodie. She was rude from the start and hung up on me during the call. I called back twice to try and clear the air, but she continued to be dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t even the original caller—just stepped in after hearing her attitude. The whole thing is recorded. This interaction left a really bad impression of Ocean State.

My appointment was for 2 PM. Checked in at 1:30 PM. Got in the door by 1:45 PM. 4 o’clock rolls around they haven’t touched the truck. So I go inside and ask if they forgot about me. By then it had been shift change. And no one knew I was in door 110. So there was a breakdown in communication between the shifts. What I don’t understand is. If shift change is at 3 PM and I’m in the door at 1:45 PM. Why didn’t anybody get on the truck?? I had 26 pallets on the truck. They could’ve unloaded the truck within an hour and a half. So I’m guessing the unloaders didn’t want to unload the truck because it was an hour and a half before shift change. That’s just wrong. So what did they do? Sit around for an hour and a half? So now they move me to the back of the building to door 200. And now there are unloading the truck by hand and putting the product on a conveyor belt. That’s BS. after having me sit here 2 1/2 hours. Now you’re gonna move me to another door and break down all 26 pallets by hand. It’s 6:33 PM right now and I’m sure they’re not even close to getting done. So it’s 5 1/2 hours and counting. I’m going to avoid all loads coming to this facility. These guys killed my entire clock. And cost me money. I had to cancel a load. when they could’ve easily Put me in a door that had a forklift. After forgetting about me for 2 1/2 hours. It takes a really long time to break down 26 pallets by hand. They finally finished the truck. After 8 hours. 1:30pm-9:30pm. NEVER delivering here again. If I can give this Company zero stars. I would. But instead, I’m going to avoid this place like the plague.

I want to say I shop there often and never was as unhappy as yesterday. I had to return a couple of items and the young employee that was also the supervisor was not trained to perform as such. I was treated very poorly and everyone heard it in the store. Besides the embarrassment created the respect for and older person was inexistant. His last sentence was “great i’m glad that I pissed you off”. Wow chocking he still has a job and was nominated supervisor. Transaction 7/24/24 at 5:58 pm store #122 trans #1769 reg #2 cashier 104314. This experience definitely will change my shopping preferences. I hope he gets some training so nobody else has to experience this unpleasant situation.

This is the worst experience I ever had at a retail store. Customer service was extremely poor, checkout procedures extremely poor. Let the Buyer Beware of shopping in the Enfield CT job lot. This store should be closed down.

Went to our Middleboro MA Store at 8:00 AM to take advantage of the 20% off on food deal. We purchased 2 boxes of KCups 80 count marked $28.99. When we got to the register they charged us $24.99 for each box. They tried to explain that the register decides what the better deal is and charges us that price. I spoke to the manager who said that they don’t give the senior discount on items that are already marked down. Your sign should reflect that the 20% off is only on nonsale items as well as, training your cashiers to state this when questioned rather than telling the customer that the register determines the best deal and she cannot override the register. I would have saved more money if I received 20% off the original price of $28.99 than receiving the sale price.

They are nice!! and they open 24/7, but they don’t have overnight parking lot because they have lot of truck coming and going ! They can delivery before you appointment time .
