“Eddie is the best. He works for the customer and gets great prices for you. We ordered a lot of Timbertech railings and deck boards from Paul at Home Depot in Seekonk and he ordered round ballisters and railings that fit square ballisters. I had to speak to the top Home Depot manager to get my money back because everyone else at Home Depot said we cant get our money back because we should have checked the order before we bought it. Isn't that Pauls job in special products... to make sure hes ordering the right stuff that fits? Eddie knew what we wanted and matched Home Depots price AND had it delivered in a week. Even better..their delivery driver called and asked if we had sprinkler heads near our driveway. We do so he walked the products to the garage. WTH! Great, great service. I was having some strenuous difficulties and major frustrations with an unscrupulous RI based contractor regarding a siding color discrepancy. I spoke to Dennis who ultimately worked his magic with Gentek siding where he managed to procure the correct almond coil trim when my lazy, fly by night, contractor couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone and do the job right. “I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful.
