“Needed to rent a truck to move a couch. The process was very easy and enjoyable due to the incredibly customer service from Oliver in the rental department. It was raining so he was able to provide us a van instead of the flatbed and was extremely friendly. He even talked us in to getting our teen daughter some ice cream for help with the move. Great guy!”
