Iam not sure if I made the best decision on white cross. I been trying to call them the last 3 days. There service is not the greatest. They dont pick up. They dont call back I am not sure of the location. But they need to do better.

Used to have no problems. Now, if you call, they ask you to use the email system for questions. The last 2 times I used that email system they never bothered to respond. Customer service, for me, has declined in quality.
