“I'm trying the Med-pack for the first time for my husband. Received our first 2 week order about 10 days after I called to sign up. As my prescriptions run low, I will be signing up, too! I am also trying to get MIL & aunt, both with Dementia on schedule with them soon.They offer free delivery & bill our payment method once per month. Certainly better & quicker than filling our own pill trays every week.”

“I know there’s a lot of bad reviews. however, I’ve had great experiences with this pharmacy. The pharmacist in particular is attentive, communicative and professional. When there was an issue with my insurance they called me to figure it out. When I needed to call back (the phone messaging service is one of the worst) and leave a message. That process becomes very confusing and difficult to communicate. The pharmacist continued to work on my medication and knew that It would be almost impossible to get her on the phone. So rather than giving up, she continued to work on this issue for 2 days and finally was able to resolve it. This was all completed without much assistance from me. She then called me back after and informed me that my medication was all set and ready for pick up, and for that I am giving this pharmacy 5 stars.”
