The pharmacy doesn't hesitate to answer questions by phone or even resolve the issues on the phone, they proactively contact doctors when prescriptions expire and they automatically notify you via the mobile app notifications when things are ready. They are always polite and responsive.”
“I want to tell you I met an awesome employee of Stop and Shop at the Lincoln Mall store. HIS NAME WAS MR. Miner. I was so impressed at how clean and neatly organized his fish department is. I've been in other Stop and Shop where you can smell the fish department at the front door entrance. this was immaculate and extremely impressive display. you should keep this employee and use his fish department as a show piece to other managers as to how they should keep their fish department.
