“We cannot say enough great things about this store. My boyfriend bought his first bird there when he was a child and brought me after we bought our own birds. The selection alone would draw any bird parent, as there's nothing of the size in this area. The owners are a dedicated family that have years of experience in bird care, and are always happy to discuss our pets care. Today we ordered items to be shipped to us this time instead of visiting the store. We were shocked when the owners dropped our order to our home themselves a few hours after, since they already were in the area, and as we are having car troubles we could not have appreciated it more! Not many businesses these days go above & beyond consistently and have such a great mission! We truly love supporting & shopping there. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all customers. In addition they board birds, offer grooming sessions, and work with an Avian vet. If you have a bird and you love them, we recommend shopping here! There is also a wide variety of products for care of other pets in your family too, so give them a try!”

“Dtails Pet Salon is worth the drive! I traveled from Newport to find a professional and knowledgeable groomer to bathe and and clip my cat Jasper. They have a great selection of pet foods, treats and accessories. The staff is friendly and most importantly, Jasper left his appointment so clean and perfectly clipped (and he wasn’t stressed). I can’t wait to go back with my pup Lillyanna and give her a salon day. Also can’t wait to SHOP their selections!”
“BFF is incredible; I can't say enough good things about them. Extremely easy and convenient drop off and pick up. Flexible hours and 24/7 overnight option with staff always present in the building. They send video and picture updates throughout the day and post on social media. All of the dogs seem to love it there and our dog is no exception, he is so excited to go every day he can't wait to get out of the car! The staff is kind and thoughtful and you can tell that this is the place you would trust to take care of your dog with the utmost love and care.”
“The owner has always guided me with my aquarium needs. From saltwater fish, corals, RO water, tank maintenance. His tanks are well maintained and he always has a great selection of fresh and saltwater fish. I have never had an issue with any corals or fish that I have purchased.
Thursday’s are his busiest days. So, if you go on a Friday you most likely won’t have a big selection to choose from. He’s so nice and honest. You can’t get any better than this guy!”

“When you arrive, the door to receive the loads is all the way to the back, passing the blue domper, it can be confusing because it does not have Receiver signs, but that's it, you enter and deliver documents. The service is quick and then you have your door. Downloading is fast too.”

“Brought my Doberman Pinscher here to get her nails clipped. She won't let anyone touch her feet. The women who work here are very kind and understanding. She took her time, did a great job on Byrdies' nails. While she was getting her nails done another worker who was passing by saw how frightened and stressed Byrdie was and she took the time to stop and pet, and reassure her that she would be ok! So thoughtful. We will be going back next week for round 2! I was also very impressed by the fact that you can bring your dog in and for something like $20 you can rent a little area where you can wash and dry your dog yourself.”
“We did not end up getting a puppy from this store. However, it's a nice family business. They had lots of great, healthy puppies. The owner and his parents were very nice. Maybe it's the place for you. Give them a try. ?”

“My children have found a love for beareddrangon as a newer owner of reptiles Andrew who works Closely with the reptiles is very knowledgeable of reptiles and of his job along with all the staff I have encountered at this petco location I had to come in on and emergency my daughter's beareddrangon had sadly passed away after owning her for a few days over month the manager along with Andrew took good care of us and helped me replace a beareddrangon before my 10yr old daughter came home from school unfortunately she fingered out as soon as she got home the beareddrangon looked smaller n had a blacker head so we did have to explain the difference she cried a bit but was very happy and is bonded with her new bearedie friend ty to all the staff and great manger who came to our rescue in need and understood how these little animal touch our human hearts ?”
“Iris and the kids were amazing with the adoption process/visit. The shelter itself is very clean. My boyfriend and I adopted a cat, Benjamin, that was brought in as a stray. But with how friendly and cuddly he is, you could immediately tell how well he was cared for at the shelter. The staff really do care about the animals here. Thank you, Iris!”
