My dog has been groomed there for the last 5 months. Her most recent grooming was witnessed by a customer, who I know and who knows my dog. The groomer was grabbing, and pulling at my dogs face, as she was whimpering. The customer did say something to the groomer while she was witnessing her grabbing and pulling at her face. If this is what they do while customers are present, how do they treat the animals getting groomed without customers present? I will never take my dog to the grooming shop at this PetSmart ever again!

Staff is great with helping answer any questions and assisting with anything we need. We come in every week for crickets and catfood, and get along with everyone there.

Came to this store recently and they were having a major dog adoption event. The store was extremely crowded you could not purchase a single thing. It was a complete fire hazard. Tried to tell one of the employees there but they didn't care. My brother is part of the fire department and told us next time to call it in.
All of the dogs were transported in this trailer on top of one another. Come to find out, two of my co workers adopted dogs from this event and have been sick since. One who has been coughing and one with straight blood from its rectum. They are also reporting to the state as their paperwork given was not in order.
Do better Petsmart, taking my business elsewhere.

Been bringing my golden doodle here for over 3 years to be groomed. My dog is nervous by nature, but is not aggressive at all. A couple times after his grooming appointment, he had scabs under his ears for about a week after his appointment. I mentioned it to the old staff and they were more careful. Needless to say, my dog gets nervous and is clearly traumatized from this. This morning I had a scheduled appointment for 8am and when I got there, there was about 6 people standing around that I had never seen before. On the booking ap it said "academy student." Funny since I am hugely overpaying (cost me about $130 to get him groomed here). Never had an issue for over 3 years and it's like the people have never interacted with a dog. It was clear they weren't interested in grooming him and they were unfriendly and seemed annoyed I was dropping my dog off. Within 5 minutes of me leaving they called me to say they couldn't cut him. Didn't try to remedy it, make my dog feel comfortable, or fix the situation, just couldn't be bothered to work. Complained on their website and got an email that basically said sorry not sorry. Worthless place, don't bother bringing your pet here. What a waste of time. I'm done over paying at this place and will never go back. Should have left a year ago.

Was there to buy some fish but not one employee offered to help so I walked out and went elsewhere ???

The employees were helpful and kind. Unfortunately the cat litter boxes were expensive and most did not have top covers/lids. Limited choices.

We called and kept a hold on to a medicine after our first travel with our dog. It was so helpful after multiple tries at different stores.
