“Walmart pharmacy manager BAICHAU NGuyen is totally incompetent , she does not follow tru on her promises to contact my doctor .. she questions his ability to write a proper prescription for a drug .. this was my second encounter today with her .,three months prior I came in to have a prescription filled that she questioned the doctors ability once again, told me she would contact him because his hand writing was not legible ....the prescription did not get filled , ( took it to Target ) t., never heard from her again , i called my doctor and the doctor said she never contacted his office... she is racist and rude, unqualified to be in the managers position to handle a multi million dollar drug business for walmart ... I will never visit this pharmacy again .. I will not recommend it to my friends or family and will continue to advocate for her dismissal.... she sucks!!!”

“I went into this CVS with my weekly discount coupon looking for the best deal on paper goods.There are many options in terms of brands, sizes, textures, unit price, etc. It really takes a while to decide what you are going to get (AKA what is the best deal).The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample.Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out....One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer. Very rarely I've had an issue with coupons that are not coming through.....I did my homework before walking into the store and I ended up saving about $6 on a purchase that someone else would have paid full price for...”

“Of all the CVS pharmacies that I use to get my prescriptions the North Smithfield CVS at 120 Eddie Dowling Hywy. Is definitely the best in the area.With corporate issues constantly changing staff this is the last store with Pharmacists that have actually been with the company over 25 years. So kudos to Heather, Irene, and other staff that always greet you with a smile and help with what ever customers throw at them.I would hope that executives at CVS could harness what ever this store does and clone to other locations. “the pharmacists here are so sweet and friendly, when I got my booster and flu shot the pharmacist giving it to me was really nice, and I think she swabbed my skin with the alcohol pad in a heart. it made me smile, just really nice people and a good experience, thank you guys for your hard work”
