“I was rear ended and chose Coastal Collision on recommendation. I am so glad I did. Not only is the staff great and patient, the detailing job they did on my SUV was fantastic! They even cleaned inside my headlights! Most importantly, I had a Wall-e decal on the lift gate of my trunk which was going to be replaced and we joked that it probably couldn’t be saved. I figured I’d just buy it again. However, when I picked up my car the sticker was there! They had gone out of their way to find it on Amazon and apply it! Simply amazing, talk about going above and beyond. I was touched. Would recommend and will definitely go back (though I hope I don’t have to!)”

“Sometimes you find a place and you just know and feel safe with leaving your car in their hands. Excellent experience here. It is rare that work done to my car is a Once and Done! However here I needed a new Catalytic converter etc. The mechanic said if the check engine light comes on, it should shut off in a couple days, if not bring it back. It never came on. Great Experience! Great Guys who get along with each other and it shows! who seem to be a team!”
“Despite the delay, I wanted to share my positive experience and leave a good review. About 2 years ago, I had the brake pads replaced and the exhaust pipe repaired on my old Honda Civic, which I continued to drive trouble-free for another 7 months. Additionally, just two months ago, I had the catalytic converter replaced on my Honda CRV, and it's been running smoothly ever since. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service both times, and they even addressed some minor issues at no extra cost.”
“Workmanship on severe damage to my vehicle passenger side doors and center post was excellent. Staff were most helpful and pleasant throughout. The reason for four rather than five stars is that a minor scuff was not included in the overall repair as it was not caused at the same time. That minor fix could have been a nice gesture as part of a major repair.”

“Jose made my day 100% better, when I initially called there was miscommunication on whether there was a part in stock. I live 30 minutes away and having a really bad week so when I got there and Jose told me they didnt have it in stock I honestly flipped my lid. Not my proudest moment but everyone has their days. Jose followed after me when I stomped out and told me he was going to have someone look for the part. My darling boyfriend handled the transaction from there as I made a phone call in the car.
