I’ve been bringing my car to Dorman’s for regular maintenance for a while now, and they’ve been great; they know what they’re doing, they work fast, and their prices are very fair. My parents have also brought their car here and had the same great experience.
Most recently, my car was in an accident and needed a lot of work (new door, new wheel, and other fixes). John was incredible from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, advocated for me with my insurance company, and got me into a rental car immediately. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, and the work was done much faster than I expected.
When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the repair, the care, and the attention to detail were better than I could’ve imagined. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me, not just my car.
I can’t recommend Dorman’s Auto enough. This is a shop you can trust, and I’ll keep coming back. Thank you!!

My 2023 Cadillac Escalade was side swiped in downtown Pawtucket and I was referred to this company by a co worker. I’m very satisfied with the work they did to fix my car it looks better now than it did when I bought it. Can’t even notice it was in an accident. I’ve had my cars fixed at a local shop near my house in Mass and this was a much better experience all around and the quality of repair is night and day. Thanks Tony for all the help I’ll definitely be recommending you guys in the future

Had an excellent experience while getting work done on my Ford Pickup. They were super friendly , knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout all of the repairs. My family has been going here for 10+ years and this was my first time. I will definitely be recommending you guys and I will certainly be back in the future

Every single time we have needed to take a vehicle to Dorman's Auto, whether it be for an inspection, maintenance, recall or repair, we have received top-notch service and care across the board. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and offer personalized customer service. I really trust that when it comes to our family vehicles, we are in good hands at Dorman's. As a busy mom, I appreciate that they always get us scheduled in right away whenever I call (ie: inspection expires this week!) and get our vehicles serviced quickly so that we are right back in our cars ASAP. I appreciate having a reliable and affordable auto service shop I can count on year after year. Thanks Dorman's, you guys rock!

I recently bought a used work van from Dorman’s Auto Center, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The sales team was on point. It was good business, an excellent deal and the van was in fantastic condition.
When a minor issue popped up shortly after purchase, their repair shop stepped up big time. The team at the auto center diagnosed it quickly, explained everything, then fixed it completely and efficiently. The van runs like a dream now—smooth, reliable, and ready to get me back to work.
There’s so many options out there. You just roll the dice. Im writing this because it’s important we shine light on good businesses. Dorman’s truly is an honest, top-notch sales and service auto company. If you're in need for a vehicle or need repairs I highly recommend—I'll be back for my next vehicle and for my next oil change.
