This freeway car wash, it used to be one of the best car wash in town, but now is one of the worst in Town. The low competent unqualified unprofessional manager he’s name is (PEDRO) doesn’t know how to talk and treat they customers after they damaged your vehicle and plus overcharge me, this is not the first time that this happened to me.

Have scuff marks from a tarp being over my stuff that got wet and left marks on side. They said they'd come out but didn't. I have to have them buffed out.. Not happy with wash but the service was stupendous.

I recently visited this car wash and had a disappointing experience. I paid $33 for a wash, but the service left me quite unsatisfied. When I inquired about service for the the price I paid, one of the staff members informed me that they don’t provide interior cleaning services, including wiping or vacuuming with details(really?). After expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff member cleaned the tires, but they still left some spots dirty. This is my second visit to this car wash since I live in Massachusetts. I went there today because I still work in Pawtucket and needed to wash my car. I hope they can improve their services in the future.

This car wash is great!! I've been going here for over 10 yrs & I'm always happy with the way my car comes out!! I've done the quick car washes & also the mini detail which takes about 30 mins for them to do & it's definitely worth it! The workers are always polite & cheerful & always explain what each car wash includes. I'm ALWAYS happy with the results!! 😁

Worst car wash I ever got in my entire life has been the one I got today at this place. I actually have two vehicles one of them have a membership and the other doesn’t and the last couple of times I brought my vehicle. I have receiving nothing but crappy service Today I pay to get my car washed inside and out, and they Have the audacity to not vacuum the back seats, including the mats Forget about the trunk cupboards Nothing they basically run it through the machine wa wash the exterior and forget completely dismiss the interior biggest ripoff ever I would not recommend anyone to get the car service here not to mention the Spanish guy that sits on the computer selecting what type of what you want can barely speak English and English she has is to be rude and obnoxious worst place on the planet if I was you, I will run Complaining to management does it make a difference They’re very defensive and don’t like when you point out that they Job is not done as it’s supposed too!

The one on Dexter is better they vacuum for you... The one on Broadway is also amazing but you have to vacuum yourself 🤔

I'm a little disappointed today, $ 47 for inside/outside service and not vacuum under mats,I know it is Sunday and busier than usual, but that doesn't mean that you can't do a good job!

This place has potential to be a great business but they can’t handle the volume of customers that they get. They do a good job cleaning your car but you wait forever in the line so the membership is not worth it. I cancelled my membership and will only go when needed and pay as i come

These location need to take customer service courses to teach them how to treat value customers
This will cost the owners customers to take their business to others Carwash locations. A business that will better service them and there needs. Paying a membership that doesn’t give or apply the services I am paying for.
These locations have bad attitudes with we as if they own this business.
Disregarding that customers needs when we are paying for services and expecting what we are paying for. The excuses for the lack of great service is because of the busy day, long lines, short staff there is no valid reason to not do their jobs . I am paying for it it’s not given to me for free.

I paid for full suv inside/out detailed (225)
Truck was in the Carwash for hours even after they called me to tell me it was done. Came in took the truck half hour later I noticed the floor were floored with soap and water still needed to go back to have it work on. Manager only told me he forgot to double check the work of his employee.. tried to clean the mess and than told me to have a good night.. the suv went to another place for the interior reconditioning due to the bad smell in the car few days after water was still inside car so humid inside.
On East Providence
The manager was rude to explain policy and procedures and in front of others customers just decided to disrespect me and walked away while I was still talking with him.(just being racist)

When I first visited this car wash they did an amazing job. However for the last few times they’ve been doing an awful job and today I went there for the last time and paid for the full wash which includes wiping the inside and it was not done. Also I asked for my mats to be washed and they only did the front seats and not the one in the back. For this kind of service I could’ve done the $7 service on the one on Smithfield Ave.

I have had a membership for over year and have gone to location in Pawtucket. I just canceled my membership as I sat in line for over 15 mins without the line moving at all. It was very busy and the line was very long. After no movement for over 15 mins I pulled out of the car line at 2:33pm on 11/16. I asked the workers why the line wasn't moving and they told me detailing. I understand the benefit of upselling for a business but is very inconsiderate of other people's time to offer these services when it is that busy. This is common sense. I got out of my car and went in and told the supervisor and his workers told me I was lying and that the line was moving. Very unprofessional and clear no one is running that ship. There was no apology no nothing. Everyone in line was getting annoyed not just me. When I left the line still had barely moved.. I will be leaving a review. Best of luck to you but trying to upsell when it's that busy is poor judgement. You lost my $55/ month.

Sucks on timing should close at 8pm in summer and stay on this timings in winter
