Metro by T-Mobile is a store with a clean environment and awesome, helpful staff. The clerks and manager are always friendly, welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. They take their time without rushing, ensuring customers are updated on all benefits, plans, and offers. They help clients understand their account and device. The treatment is excellent, with assistants who are polite and can communicate in Spanish. The process is quick with no extra fees, and the service is much cheaper than other providers. Customers feel treated like a person, making it a highly recommended location.
The stores always clean. Manager is always friendly. I'm disabled with a neurological disorder it's nice to have some take their time without rushing me. Maribel is awesome
