Metro by T-Mobile at 742 Broad St offers unbeatable prepaid plans and 5G phones from Apple, Samsung, and OnePlus. Friendly staff walk customers through best prepaid plans with unlimited talk, text, and data. A sales girl was great, helped a whole bunch, and even when an elderly woman came in they were on a first name basis, more than expected. New phones are picked up with staff help; a consultant and another staff helped get the ACP Program that the Metro store in Pawtucket wouldn’t do. Great Service, highly recommend, 5 stars all around. The Central Falls location is also popular. One customer had a scratched sim card that didn’t work, but a later visit to the Pawtucket Metro gave a working one. Metro is a reliable spot for prepaid and 5G phones.
I went to the store today for assistance in switching cellular connection to another phone that I recently purchased. I don't know the name of the lady who helped me but she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, articulate and thorough. You are lucky to have her in your staff.
