What a great young man, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, but your customer service skills were superb and my hats off to you! For such a young man to give such great directions and answer all the customers questions and such nice manners! Today is Oct 30 2023 and I was lucky enough to have this young man as my cashier around 1:15 pm. Whoever he was, I hope he gets a well deserved raise and that's a young man who is going places in life! CVS is blessed to have employees such as this young man!”

“My clinic recommended Anthony's to be honest I was a little nervous because I take so many meds. Well.....they packaged my meds in 90 day supply and bubble packed for twice a day. They went over everything and made sure I understood which I really liked but the owner Peter I think his name was sorry if wrong am bad on names came down and introduced himself and welcomed me. He explained about possible delivery and anything else if I had questions about I really appreciate them so much all the staff are great!”

“Called here when my mom was having trouble finding her medication that was part of the nationwide shortages and was greeted with such warmth and kindness, I immediately wanted to change all of her medications to Atwood Pharmacy.Not only did they have the medication in stock, they also called me ahead of time to let me know what the cost would be. (That’s huge, as we all know how busy pharmacies are these days.)Recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants quality customer service and professionalism!”

“A small independent pharmacy that's not like the other big corporate clones. If you're looking for a small town pharmacy with personal service and hometown charm, this might be your location. It doesn't have all the glitz of some of the bigger chains, but what it lacks in decoration it makes up for in-service. Plenty of parking and they also sell lotto and scratch tickets.”

Store is also super organized which is a rarity compared to most of the other places in this area. Highly recommend them over mainstream drug stores (CVS, Rite-aide, etc.). It's a shame COVID caused some of the bad reviews online because this place certainty does not deserve it.”

“Having to go to this pharmacy at Kent Hospital actually turned out to be a great experience. First of all, I had never been there before and had no idea where to park or where inside the hospital the pharmacy was located. I ended up driving around to the backside of the hospital and parked in one-hour patient parking. There were two doors I had to choose from... one said Ambulatory Care and the other didn't say anything but I could see a booth inside that said Information. I went in the Information door, walked up to the booth and asked where I could find the pharmacy. The woman smiled, pointed behind me and said "Right behind you." I thought 'Wow! What luck!' Anyway, inside the pharmacy, they were all very nice. I had to wait a few minutes for them to finish filling my prescription, but that didn't take long at all and before I knew it I was out of there! Very small waiting area, but very clean and sterile like. And about the waiting area, I don't think too many people should be hanging around a pharmacy anyway. And there's plenty of room in the lobby if there were a lot of people waiting.”

“From the outside, this looks like a nice big CVS, but on the inside I found it a bit on the smaller side. Regardless, the nice cashier was very friendly and very professional.I went to get some gift cards and it's wonderful that you can get almost any type of gift cards here...from VISA and AMEX to restaurant and home goods stores...to Amazon...most "credit card" gift cards like VISA and AMEX have a "convenience fee" attached to them so check carefully.”

“So it's a Rite Aid, which is pretty much exactly what you'd expect. This particular location is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and will help you. I was looking for a particular item which one of the staff members went above and beyond trying to help me find. Prices are on par with other retailer types in this category. Overall is a good place, it's kind of tough to review places such but I'll keep using this store.”

I spoke to a blonde young lady who made the whole process a breeze. She took the time to listen and seem to immediately identify the issues I usually have when I fill these medications. “I have to give it to Kristen from this particular location. It's been a whole NIGHTMARE to get my medications filled at the same pharmacy. Due to relocating from VA, some of my medications were difficult to get transferred. Kristen helped make that process more understandable and saved us a lot of money in the long run. Whoever she is, give her a raise! Her customer skills are on point and we finally got all of my medications situated today. I definitely recomend this pharmacy as when I went to pick up my dedications Kristen was not working. The lady who checked me out was courteous and seemed knowledgeable with my situation. Which I am grateful for. I will definitely be keeping Osco Pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy. Thank you!”

“I was supposed to write this review days ago but became caught up due to the holidays, however, Dereck Gonzalez’s customer service to my mother and I was so exceptional I couldn’t forget it! I went late at night to print out a picture of My Abuela that passed away but my mom and I had no clue as to what we were doing. Dereck took notice and was very eager to help us. He was extremely energetic and overall made our extremely difficult ride to find the Walgreens location worth the hassle. His customer service skills are phenomenal and when we left, we couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he was. He was so polite, knowledgeable, extremely charismatic and just an all around great person. He provided us the type of customer service that I’m sure all customers hope to receive when they shop, but seldom experience it. I can’t recommend him enough, so Walgreens if you read this, give him a raise because he deserves it! I know exactly who I’m looking for the next time I go back and need help with anything. “This is the only Walgreens that accepts state insurance for prescriptions. Location is on prairie Ave in south Providence area next door to the community clinic, dental, eyes care,foot care. The neighborhood is a bit rough but for the most part safe during the day time hours. People (the workers regarding the pharmacy & cashiers) in the pharmacy seem very pleasant & helpful.”

“This CVS, like all CVS pharmacies has the basic product categories...I had heard from a friend that Kenra hair products are really good. She told me that Kenra is one of the best hair styling product brands known for its professional approach in hairstyling....so many hairstylists use it.I went to look for Kenra hair products at this store and I found several products like Mousse, Dry Shampoo, Volume spray, regular shampoo, conditioner etc....The price was pretty high....Even with my 40% off coupon, that would be a lot more than I usually pay for hair products.I will keep shopping around.....on the way out, I got a gift card for a friend...they have such a large selection of them...you can find exactly what you are looking for....”

“I'm not sure --at all-- as to why there are mostly negative reviews here. I've been a regular customer of this location for over 6 years. While the store isn't without issues (outdoor garbage can could use some TLC but I haven't really noticed in a while so maybe that's changed), the staff is really amazing, the store itself has a great selection compared to other locations, and the new curb pickup is amazingly efficient for my family.”
