“My regular pharmacy kept telling me my prescription was delayed (a few different ones). I called Shaws and Josh was amazing! He transferred all my prescriptions over (even from a separate mail order pharmacy). He called me several times to confirm information and keep me updated. It felt like such a personal experience! Within a few hours my prescriptions were ready and waiting! I highly recommend them! I felt like I was their only customer!”

Now, I want to add that this particular CVS store has one of the best employees ever. She's very kind, without mistaking that for anything else. She's very courteous, always serving me very well without looking at who she's talking to. And well, aside from that, I've started using the coupons the CVS app offers me, so I can't ask for more from this store. Thanks, CVS!
I also drop off my UPS packages at this CVS, and once again, the girl who always helps me is very patient with me, takes her time scanning my packages, and always helps me if I have any questions. In short, she's the reason I'm leaving this review today.”

“I've been to countless infusion centers over the years, and I can confidently say that I have been impressed with Option Care Health from the start of my on boarding process. They are by far the most transparent company that I have ever worked with, which I appreciate. They also have an extremely generous payment assistance program that they handle in-house.
The Cranston location itself has always been super clean. The staff are consistent, friendly, and communicate with their patients. I have always been successfully stuck with their first needle, which is not something a lot of facilities have been able to do for me. This location has a pharmacy in-house, and the pharmacists are also extremely friendly, transparent, and communicative. You have to get buzzed into the facility (locked to the general public), they provide an assortment of snacks and drinks during your procedure.
I was honestly forced to go here by my insurance (United HealthCare), but I've been genuinely pleased with every person I've dealt with at Option Care Health. Thank you ladies for being awesome!”
“The staff is 5 star, the parking lot is minus 5 stars, Walmart is Walmart, so I am giving it good, but not perfect. If you go to this Plainfield Pike Walmart for a pickup, go all the way to the far side. There's lots of signage pointing to the pickup, but the throngs of people ignoring cars and crosswalks alike make it tough to concentrate on driving.”

“I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right.Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.”

“Editing my review to mention that even though I love it here, they need to pay attention to the items they mark on sale. I’ve lost probably about $50 in total from buying items that are marked as on sale for some price then when I check my receipt they’re actually 5x that price. (Example a sauce that was listed as 2 for $6 but I was charged $5.69 per even though I bought 4 and pasta was marked down for $1 so I bought a ton then they ended up being $1.99 each, doubling the price of things I bought only because of the sale, not because I wanted 6 boxes of pasta and jarred sauce.) the sale was until 7/30 so I know I didn’t miss it or misunderstand because I read the whole sale sign first. They do have great sales here often but they are not always totaled out at the end. Very important to check your receipt before you go
