“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”

We had a very urgent situation in which we need to print little table tent name cards in less than 1 hour before an event. We were desperately calling places like FedEx and Staples, but then I saw a Minuteman press store nearby and I knew it was the perfect choice. The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.

“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”
