“The layout is unlike any other hardware store. You will need help there your first time, but everyone there is so friendly and nice it doesn't matter. Lots of on the shelf moulding and trim. They mix paint. They have those crazy nails that one psycho likes to use. Hidden gem. I hate Middletown home cheapo.”

“Building material and work supplies of all kinds . A little pricey. Seems to be only place in this area and they know it .. other than the price of things . It was clean and organized, and the yard help and security guard were nice and helpful . The building and bays are clearly marked , pull up, find what u need to put in truck an stop at security for a quick check and your off .. so overall was a great experience other than the price in the overall skeem of things just keeping it real or something.”
“Knowledgeable staff - we were greeted as we entered the store and asked how we could be helped immediately. Needing boat supplies, we were hesitant about inventory, but this store had at least one of the two things that we needed (and luckily, the more important one of the two). This may not be the best stocked store, but they do have a good selection. It is worth checking this store before making a drive to Wickford or Newport. We needed a filter which they had in stock, but just not the right size. Being anchored in Dutch Harbor, this store is convenient and worth checking before making a longer drive.
UPDATE: they have a UPS drop off!!!! Very convenient and saved me a drive off island! Thank you for your service!”
“I had a fantastic experience purchasing pressure treated lumber. They were priced lower than Home Depot, and I didn't even have to step foot inside the store. I ordered everything over the phone, and the sales rep was very helpful. They delivered it exactly where I wanted it for free because it was a large order and every single board was immaculate. I would have had to spend an entire day at Home Depot trying to pick out boards that were anywhere near the quality of the poorest one I received from Riverhead. Thank you for the awesome quality at a great price and convenience.”

“I have been patronizing this business for >25 years. I have purchased drill bits, saw blades,& router bits. M-a-n-y times I have brought back my well-used & now dull saw blades & had them exchanged for new blades with no hesitation or questions. The same has occurred with dull, occasionally broken (usually the smallest drill bits only) - or even a very old & badly rusted bit that was accidentally forgotten in the bottom of an old tool box from several years ago, as I did just yesterday (31 Jul 26), & received new bits, with a smile.
