“I've been a client here for years, and I can categorically say there's no better bang for the buck. The owner, James, is a very nice guy and will get you set up with minimal fuss or drama. Located in downtown Newport within easy access to just about everything in newport. The location is secure and has recently been undergoing some additional lighting upgrades. 24-hour access via pinpad is a big plus.”

“The owner is responsive to phone calls and easy to work with, and it’s affordable. The only downside is that the storage units aren’t completely clean. The floor of the storage units is dusty and the roof is made of wires, so it’s possible for pigeons to sit on top and p*** on your stuff. It doesn’t happen often, but just to be safe, if you want to avoid the pigeons you should choose a storage unit farther away from the doors, and close the doors after you’re done moving your stuff to keep the pigeons out. We had a storage unit extremely close to the doors. After a month of using the storage unit there was a small white stain on one of our items.”
“I had a trailer hitch installed here and everything was done as promised! JT is the hitch expert and he’s the man to see! Anytime I’ve needed boxes or moving equipment this is the place to go to. Rentals and returns are super easy and convenient here. Great knowledgeable staff!!”
