“I recently won an auction for a piece of equipment in South Kingstown, RI. Seeing as I am in Arlington, TX, getting the equipment from it's location and back home was going to be a challenge. I called a few places and no-one was very helpful. When I called Post All, the owner, Bill, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed someone to pick up, pack, and ship my new acquisition and Bill performed marvelously. Everything was picked up in a timely manner, packed well, and shipped quickly. “I recently mailed something from this location and misplaced my tracking number. I called, and Carmen saved the day. She was busy and asked if she could call me back. I was prepared to call her back later in the afternoon, but she called me 10 minutes later and gave me my tracking number, and my package is out for delivery. Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. “Nice Post office very convenient ly located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There's several small parks in the immediate vicinity also. If you need a PO box, best get your order in asap, as it can't take quite a long time to process through and become available.”

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“Today, I went to apply for a US passport. The staff here are so nice and patient, which made me feel warm! I love them, this is the best post office in Rhode Island!”
“Always had first-rate service at this post office. Most of the employees have a sense of humor, which is outstanding for a post office. Stamps envelopes and other mailing materials available. You can even get a PO box here if you get on the waiting list and live in town. Handy chea- there's two drive-through mail boxes a little up the road from this location if you've just got things to mail. Check the photo.”

“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”

“I have to give a shout out to the manager of this branch office, Victor, and two of his employees, Mike and Ken. In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”
“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
