“I have been taking my car to this business for 9 years, but today is extra special! My car broke down yesterday due to my alternator after leaving the hospital of my family member who was declared very terminally ill and when I called this morning, I just asked maybe for a courtesy timeframe so I could know how to make arrangements. “Jimmy's Tire Services came to our rescue when we were driving from Rhode Island to Logan Airport in an Avis rental car. One of the front tires delaminated on Route 24 as incorrect camber calibration of the front suspension had resulted in the inside of both front tires wearing down to the steel cords whilst the outer edges were fine.
Within 32 minutes of pulling up at Jimmy's unannounced we'd had two replacement brand-named front tires installed and were able to continue our journey to Logan so that our party of five could catch our flight to England. Better still, Jimmy's prices are an absolute steal.
We'll be forever grateful to Jimmy's who rescued us in our hour of need.

“These guys are the "real deal". I took my vehicle to a Firestone service business in Fall River yesterday, who railroaded me, stating that I needed new front brakes (full set), among other varies issues, including an oil change. *I just had an oil change 2 weeks ago! Their quote was $1400 ... complete bull$#@*. Needless to say, what I did need was 2 new front tires, a balance and alignment. My brakes were perfectly fine...the mechanic at Monroe even brought me in the shop to look at them. These guys are honest, courteous and professional. I will never go anywhere else for repairs, tires, etc.”
“Staffed by competent, no-nonsense type people. They do quality work, and fast. I had an oil change done in less than an hour, and they fixed the check engine light. I was also given a sheet with diagnostic codes that the computer returned. Useful to have. It was a little on the pricey side (but I do drive a VW and I know foreign cars are more expensive to work on). But overall, happy with the experience.”

“Needed to special order a replacement tire for 1 of 4 tires I had purchased 2 years ago. No problem. Tire was ordered with no payment required up front. I took me a few days to get there and they took care of me with no problem. Definitely my go to place for tires.”
“I was towed here after getting a flat, so they had no notice/there was no appointment. After a panicked time in the break down lane of the highway I was so relieved that they were not only open, but had a tire available. Also I got there at around 6, and despite them being short staffed, and it nearing their closing time, they accommodated me. Jade was friendly, kind, and considerate. she answered all of my questions and hooked me up to get my tire fixed asap. Juan was efficient and performed great service (esp considering he was the only technician on) I was out of there in 30 minutes, maybe less.
They were definitely both lifesavers today. If I could given them a paid day off myself I would, they deserve it.”
