“I cannot say enough great things about this company and the staff. I was in an accident just before Thanksgiving week (Sunday) from the driver who picked up the car to the staff answering the phone several times during the time the car was in their lot asking if the insurance company has come yet and what the process is to get the car back to finally the driver brining the car to my house. They were all polite, professional, compassionate as my world got tossed around. Thank you to everyone of you for all you did to make things a little easier and giving a guy a break. “Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”
