“So embarrassing it’s hot I was coming from the office and I ran out of gas in my vette not paying attention. 😭 I’m just a girl. I called multiple companies all were over an hour. I even called triple A. But within 15 minutes help arrived. I was two blocks from home. Thank you for your help and speed!”

“I just wanted to take a moment and say that this company , specifically Matt, went above and beyond for me. My daughter was in a major accident and they towed her car to this place . When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . Going above and beyond is something I am grateful for . Thank you !!! If anyone needs a company who cares immensely , this is the place !!. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Thank you!!!”

“Brought bmw to dealer for a ridiculous price quote as front differential gone and wanted me to pay extra money on top of the warranty. Called Kirk’s and they took me in right away and worked with my warranty company. Was a huge job and picked it up and heard a little noise and he told me bring it back. Tighten the exhaust and is perfect. Stands by his work and was done in decent time. I’m so happy I went here. Also gave me a 12 month warranty on parts. Definitely recommend.”

“I have been going to Bill's Auto shop since after getting my second major job up in Boston. I used to travel down to Barrington to see my folks from time to time. I was naive to trust the dealerships up there. Didn't realize on how much I was getting screwed over by them. I had a major brake job with issues with my calipers on a honda element, had the estimate in my hand and brought it to Bills. Because of friend recommended them. Probably one of the best advice I ever got from them going there. They did the job in half the time , and on top of it was a third of the price that the dealership was going to charge me. I'm taking my vehicles there ever since. The best part is they tell it as it is , they don't sugarcoat it. They tell you what you really need and what you don't. Just recently I have a toyota tacoma with 254 K miles on it. My vehicles , I run them into the ground , literally. A rock came up from the highway and struck my shield. That was semi protecting my ac compressor. It looked like a bullet went through it.The rock was lodged inside. Obviously it fried my compressor. To make matters worse , it has the new freon gas to make matters worse it uses 1234YF gas highly flammable. Well, let's put it this way, trying to get somebody to put that material into a compressor is nearly impossible. There's only a couple shops in Rhode Island that will actually do it and the waiting line is ridiculous and the cost. They , you're almost giving up your arm and a leg to do it. There was auto body shop that had the machine to do it, what since I wasn't a regular customer he wouldn't even give me the time of day. He was a recommendation from the manufacturer. I told Bill Sr. My circumstances and he went out and bought a machine to handle my vehicle. The other repairs I had to do were in excess of $6K, from a local TOYOTA dealer, and they again did it in 3 days where the dealer wanted 2 weeks at a minimum, did the job for $2.8K”
