“Brandon went above and beyond expectations for me when I came in looking for a battery replacement for my Ford Transit van. Turns out the battery was under the seat of the driver's side and not in the engine bay which was a lot trickier to get to then other normal vehicles. Brandon was calm, cool, and collected and proceeded to unscrew all the necessary bolts to get to the battery, install the new one and put together the brackets/covers back on as well. Best employee I've dealt with at this location by far.”
