“Despite the delay, I wanted to share my positive experience and leave a good review. About 2 years ago, I had the brake pads replaced and the exhaust pipe repaired on my old Honda Civic, which I continued to drive trouble-free for another 7 months. Additionally, just two months ago, I had the catalytic converter replaced on my Honda CRV, and it's been running smoothly ever since. “Experience was 10/10 with this shop. I got in a minor collision and took my new 2025 Kia K5 to Ocean State Collision. From the very start the process was made incredibly easy by Anthony. He was very informative, knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience went smoothly. I was helped and set up with a rental from a nearby rental shop and my insurance was all figured out without too much hassle on my end. My car was fixed up within an appropriate amount of time and looked brand new again. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re ever in need!”
“Workmanship on severe damage to my vehicle passenger side doors and center post was excellent. Staff were most helpful and pleasant throughout. The reason for four rather than five stars is that a minor scuff was not included in the overall repair as it was not caused at the same time. That minor fix could have been a nice gesture as part of a major repair.”

I was welcomed and assisted right off. Impressed is an understatement! This well mannered, energized, kind hearted Oreste S, Assistant Store Manager offered his help in the rain to replace them. He took them out of the package, adjusted them with the tools needed and ensured they fit properly before my journey back home to New Hampshire!!!
