Greeted upon arrival and recieved friendly service from Elias who was able to solve our immediate issue as well as assist us in ways we did not initially think about. Great staff who goes above and beyond.

Complete incompetence.
I was advised to come to this branch in person to resolve an issue with my online banking accounts were frozen for “fraud” and my numerous encounters with chase phone representatives had not resolved the issue. I showed up in the middle of the day and was told that the bank was “closed for an emergency”. I then showed up to the valley street location and was told that there is a long wait to speak with a representative. I’ve been a 20 year customer of Chase but I’m done.

Messed up the setup of my sister's new account... problem had to do with addressing mixup, which never really was resolved, caused many other issues, as she relocated from Massachusetts to Colorado, and ultimately resulted in the accounts having to be being closed altogether.?

Bruce is one of the best bankers I have worked with. All the staff at this branch are super catering to your needs and friendly. Again, I would highly recommend Bruce Reis when you first open an account or for latter assistance.

They took all of my miscellaneous coins and exchanged them for quarters with no additional fee and were so nice!!

Great location for a Chase bank. Nearby Brown University and a bunch of stores/shops. Easy to walk to, there is street parking, but it can sometimes be hard to find.
Staff is friendly and responsive, I usually withdraw money from the ATM and can go inside to exchange bills.
Please note the photo below for a change in hours for the ATM. It used to be open later, but now it does close and you will not have access after a certain hour.

Nice and convenient Chase Bank on Thayer St, probably a top choice for college kids to do their banking.I went to use their ATM, where you have to swipe your card before being allowed to step into the bank. Good security measure.There were two ATMs with large screens and nice climate controlled area.This bank is located near the intersection with Waterman St.

Pathetic customer service. My son opened an account 3 weeks back and have been following up since to get his check and no one is responding. The common number shown takes u in circles and no one responds.

Had an amazing experience on 05/22/23. I scheduled an appointment and was assisted quickly as I went through the doors. An associate named Bruce from the Chase Bank was very helpful when opening my account and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend opening account at this location.

They're just awful and helpless. Initial response is to try to wave you off with some silly excuse and make you waste your time coming back another time

Bank manager is horrible, other reps are excellent. She needs to work on her attitude and how to better service her customers. Absolutely no empathy and outright rude when I was asking completely normal questions.
