“So I picked up my new iPhone 18 pro max at bestbuy and was given a lemon. Phone would randomly shut itself off. I returned to the bestbuy in Attleboro and was basically given zero solution. They told me to go to apple for a warranty claim. I drive here and the sales associate, KEN, tells me they can’t repair it and can’t file a warranty claim for a whole new phone. Left in disappointment and returned to bestbuy who sent me to apple in Dedham now (they were awful and refused to even look at the phone.) as soon as I left Dedham I got a phone call from probably the best and most patient employee I’ve dealt with Ken calls me and tells me he was able to get me another phone shipped. Ken went above and beyond, even after I left to try and fix the problem and it get it resolved”

“Ordered a open box laptop online. Laptop was 100% fine but accidentally it did not come w any cord or charger. Calling in for support they gave me two options I didn't really love to resolve things. I just wanted the apple cords. But they wouldn't just send them to me. On a whim I stopped into this store and asked for a manager. I explained things and in 10 mins he came back to me w the brand new cords. No BS just real customer service. The manager wasn't old but he still understood how to treat a decent customer. He could have just said sorry and sent me in my way. Thank you!”

“This location of Goodwill in Providence, RI is an Attended Donation Center, which means it is just for donations and does not have a store. The first time I came to this location, I wasn't sure where the to put my donations so I ran the bell at the front of the building and was informed that the drop off for donations was around the building to the right. When I got to the drop off location, there is a sign to ring the bell for service. I ran the bell and an attendant opened the door a few minutes later. I dropped off my items and he gave me a coupon for the store. Goodwill accepts items like clothing, shoes, small appliances, and furniture. Donations are sorted and then sold in one of their fifteen retail stores. The revenue from the sale of these donations helps to support the programs they offer to individuals with disabilities and other challenges in their lives. This location is open Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM.”
