It seems no matter what time of day or even day of the week. They're slammed. I've worked retail and also as a pharmacy tech. I understand that they're short handed and are busting their butts, but for Pete's sake speak English clearly. It's not easy to understand a heavy accent when you have issues with tinnitus.
