  I had an issue with a gift card. I went in to speak with a Manager. I met a lovely lady my the name of Gabby, who is a supervisor. She gave it her all and unfortunately the issue was not resolved. She suggested I come back to speak with the manager Gary. The following day I did. Gary was so professional and proficient in handling the matter. He actually took his time to hear me out without interrupting. Immediately was hands on with the issue at hand. At the end of it all he solved the issue and we were both pleased. Now a days people can really careless about the next person, especially working in an extremely busy environment. There were customers lined up and Gary made the time for me. Gabby handled the line like a true professional. Overall I think they make a wonderful team. As a consumer I was impressed with their customer service and the representation of the store. Very organized and clean. Thank yall both for your patience and passion for the public.

  Literally idk why you guys advertise you are open at 7 on Saturdays but when you go to the store y'all don't open till like 8 or 9 and that's not even the time that's advertised on google, I know I'm not the only one cause I literally saw 4 cars pull up in you're parking lot and driving off cause you guys aren't open as advertised. I get it's a low income area but it must be nice to start whenever y'all want 💀

  One particular staff member has been less than helpful on more than one occasion. It isn’t that hard to just help the customer instead of taking extra time to point out what you think they should know about your inefficient work flow

  Every time I go to pick up my prescription at this location, I get the same exact person to help. This person has a nasty attitude and VERY, VERY rude and disrespectful. He gave me my medication and I told him that I was also picking up medication for my son and he said “no, you’re done, leave. Go, go” if you do not want to work with costumers, go find yourself another job that can fit your attitude. His Name is Jonathan.

  Suck an inconsiderate staff in the pharmacy. HUGE line of 15-20 patients and they just one associate helping people. Can’t they open another register?

  I went to Rhode Island hospital on the 29th for an infection on my arm. They prescribed 2 separate antibiotics and a few other medications. I went to cvs on broad st in providence, RI. When I got home from the pharmacy I noticed that one of the antibiotics was missing from the bag. I come to the cash to the cvs today on the 1st of October to pick up my missing prescription. They dismissing two me I already picked it up on the 29th. They print out a paper to show me as if I don't know what I picked up and why I cave back.
