I spent two years renting at one of their units and had a great experience overall. They were very communicative and responsive to any questions/concerns that came up along the way, quickly working to resolve any issues. Rani hates white people. She wrongfully accused my son of graffiti. Wrongfully accused us of furniture in the dumpster....it was Fred across the street. We were without hot water for a week. They put a bandaid on it not a replacement. So happy to be out of there. Slumlord at best.

They have been nothing short of fantastic. I moved into a spot about a year ago managed by them. Every concern or issue we had was swiftly dealt with. We had an issue with our washers and they had sent a repairman out the next day. Any form of communication was responded to the day of, if outside of business hours, the next day. All notices of unit showings or maintenance were sent days in advance. I wish other property management companies were like them.

She was always an awesome property manager. Really don't have any complaints.If you stayed on her about anything that needed to be fixed or done, she would have it taken care of.And since we weren't residents with problems and paid our rent on time, my spouse & i had a nice business relationship with the property manager.

This is the best property management company EVER!!! I am on the HOA Board of a property they manage and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are responsive; they go beyond the call of duty to solve problems; they notice what needs to be taken care of before it becomes a problem and they are cheerful, reassuring and friendly while they do all that.

I’ve lived in an apartment managed by Divine Invesents for 9 years. I know I can depend on them to address any issues I have in a timely manner. Danny, who does our maintenance is so friendly and helpful, even my kids talk about how nice he is. Overall just a really trustworthy company to work with. The house recently sold and I’m sad I won’t get to work with DI any longer.
