The service was great! I’m not the type to write reviews but you have to give credit when you get good service. The place was clean, the staff was professional and my car was serviced and everything explained to me thoroughly. The experience I received was above and beyond of what I expected.

This place is a scam as far as my experience.
I needed to do a wheel alignment and they pretty much requested 4 brand new tires to do it. They installed the new tires and charged me $160.00 for it and said they can’t do the alignment because the front rods are rotted. My point is if you are not doing the alignment let me know before hand if I want the new tires installed. The tires were damaged premature because the car was out of alignment so I have to fix it before installing new tires.

This place is a total scam, took our car there to get the brakes checked, they called and said it would be $700 to change the front brakes and to adjust the back brakes. My fiancée called me and told me this so I called them immediately (less then 10 minutes after they hung up the most hone with her) told them never mind that we didn’t want them to do it. He said oh we already have the car apart and he’s about to put them on so we are going to have to charge you $164 for an hour of work. Though I literally talked to you less than 10 minutes after you quoted the price. Then his solution was we can use cheaper parts that are going to make sounds and you’ll have to bring it back anyway for $550+ for doing just the front brakes.
What a horrible experience, we will not be back and will be calling their corporate office.

I like coming here. Been coming here for years with any vehicle I have ever owned. They are reasonable and tell you what's up. I feel the front desk is understaffed. The guy that runs it is alone and usually running around while the line to drop off or pick up piles up toward the door. Hire more people Firestone!

It took me a while to write this review. I wanted it to come from a calm place. With this location, I spoke to 3 employees. They will all remain nameless as I don't believe in posting people's names negatively (depending on how bad the service is). I went to this location 3 times. They seen and had my car a total of 8 days
Feb - I noticed the car was sputtering, so I went to Firestone down the street. Because the engine light wasn't on, Firestone couldn't determine the issue. My car has insurance, and they need diagnostics in order to submit a claim. I understood this.
March (1st visit this month) - The engine light comes on. Firestone took my car on Friday 3/14 in the morning. Due to lack of communication on their end, my car didn't leave there until Tuesday 3/18. When I say lack of communication.. Friday, they had my car at 6am. At 2p, I hadn't heard from Firestone. So, I called them. They said they had a callout and couldn't look at the car until Saturday morning. I explained that I worked overnights, and they would definitely have to look at my car on Saturday. Saturday comes, and I don't hear from them. So, I called at 11am in which I was told the car was being looked at and they would give me a call. Around 1:50p ish, they call to say it's a sensor, the part was ordered from Ford and would be there Monday, and I would pick up Tuesday. At this point, it's too late to get a rental, because everyone close early on Saturdays. So, I have to call out of work, losing money. Monday comes and goes. Tuesday, I called, Employee says the part is not there and I can pick up Wednesday. Now, I'm angry, because I hadn't heard from them on Monday. When I expressed my anger and their lack of communication, the employees says they have no control over when parts are delivered. I'm thinking how do you run a business like this? After going back and forth, I demanded they fix the issue and be done Tuesday. I got the car Tuesday night, engine light comes back on Thursday.
March (2nd visit this month) - When the engine light came on, I called my insurance carrier to see if I could go to another facility. At this point, I don't trust Firestone. Since it could have been the part they put in, I scheduled another appointment and drop my car off Monday 3/24 at 6am. The employee calls to say they will take a look at it. Then call back to say they looked at their work and everything seems fine. He will run the diagnostic later and let me know. They had my car up to check their work but never ran the diagnostics during my scheduled appointment. Since I didn't hear back for hours, I called and was put on hold until the phone finally hung up. I called back several times, and no employee picked up the phone. When I blocked my number, someone picked up on the first ring. I was told that the diagnostic codes were the same, but they didn't know why, and they needed to consult with a specialist from support. This support person had over 20-25 years of service. The employee would not say they didn't know what was going on. He said he would give me a call on Tuesday. Tuesday comes, and they still don't know the issue. They want to keep my car another few days but can't submit a claim to my insurance because they didn't know what they needed to fix. So now I have to call out of work again. By noon Wednesday, Firestone didn't know what's going on. So I took my car.
Ford service center: I made an appointment on a very busy Saturday morning. Not only did the locate the issue using diagnostics, but they fixed it all in 2 hours. I will never go to Firestone again.

The staff was great! I came in for a free brake inspection and they were SUPER thorough, I like that you send a break down with pics of the issues found. Awesome experience. I've already recommended this location to a few friends. Thank you so much!

Some of the Worst service I have Ever experienced. Dropped my car off yesterday morning with an appointment for a flat tire and it took them Hours to tell me that Id need an entirely new tire but they didnt have it in yet. I took the car back with a spare because I needed it to go to work the next day and was promised Id be called tomorrow when the tire came in. Come 5 pm the next day No call so I reach out only to find out the tire has been in the shop for Who Knows how long with no attempt to contact me!! When I called they said I could bring her in but there would be a wait as all the techs are busy so I leave her with them and come back 15 minutes before close to give them time and they STILL HAVENT EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR! I had to wait an hour in their dirty waiting room before they were able to take the ten minutes needed to swap out the tire. I find it absurd how much effort Ive had to go through over the course of Days just to get a simple tire changed here and will Never come back or recommend this place to anyone desiring timely service as they will literally let your car sit around untouched!!! Please just be honest with customers about timeframes!!

Big difference from services received last time. Service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to upsell or deceive Me in to buying anything else. Vehicle was taken in on time, and done within a reasonable time. Unlike last time, this is what I had come to expect from this location.

Stay away! Needed a new exhaust and they installed incorrectly, had to go back multiple times for them to fix their mistake. Not worth the headache when there are so many other auto shops nearby

incompetence at its finest. excuses and no follow through. need a whole day to run a diagnostic even though i know what the problem is? your lack of know how and unwillingness to help a customer that made an appointment beforehand is astounding. avoid this location.

Don’t bring your car there brought my car to get a thermostat fix they broke my oil gasket and my car exploded not even 3 days later in my parking lot
